Summary

The Administrator will manage and maintain team documentation for responses to Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), and Request for Information (RFI) projects for enterprise-level prospects. This position will collaborate daily with project managers as well as other internal stakeholders. The Administrator will also support with administrative functions related to new and existing accounts related to new proposals, billing, operations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify RFP/RFQ/RFI priorities and target dates.
  • Support Business Development team with administrative duties related to new and existing customers.
  • Assist in analyzing bid requirements against proposal to ensure both compliance and responsiveness to customer's needs.
  • Collaborate with operations to meet RFP/RFQ/RFI deadlines and provide updates/follow-up throughout the process.
  • Keep presentations, proposal, files and folders organized.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with all departments across the company.
  • Facilitate strategy meetings for final proposal submission and creation of subsequent marketing materials for finalist presentations.
  • Build collaborative relationships with operations staff to facilitate synergy, creativity and effectiveness.
• Translate RFP/RFQ/RFI framework into visual decks for sales presentations.
  • Utilize graphic design tools, maps, charts/tables, presentation slides and interpret engaging custom presentations and proposals (in PowerPoint or other relevant software) with compelling visual content.
  • Attend strategy and new business meetings as needed.
  • Conduct research and administration to support sales processes.
  • Represent Glovis America in industry and company events.
• Assist in special projects as needed.
• Other Duties as assigned

Compensation Range

• $63,000 - $72,000 per year

Education & Experience

• Bachelors Degree Required
• 1 - 2years of experience inSupply Chain, Customer Service, General Business Acumen Required
• 2 - 5 years of experience inSales, Marketing, Procurement, Automotive, Logistics Preferred
